POUR 1 kg OF POWDER MIXTURE INTO A BREAKING BOWL. ADD 3 L OF COLD MILK OR WATER. BEAT WITH A MIXER FOR 3-4 MINUTES UNTIL IT COMES THICKEN. YOU CAN USE THE CREAM YOU HAVE PREPARED IN PRODUCTS SUCH AS PASTRY, CAKE, PIE, TART, PROFITEROL, AND CRoissant.
