INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

ADD 240 g of ÇINAR KAZANDIBI MIXTURE TO 1 LIST OF MILK SLOWLY AND COOK AT MEDIUM FIRE, STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY. WHEN IT STARTS TO BOIL, ADD 50 g (2 Tbsp Spoons) MARGARINE AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES ON LOW FIRE, STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY. AFTER POURING THE DESSERT YOU HAVE PREPARED ONTO THE TRAY greased with margarine, WITHOUT WAITING, SPREAD 6.5 g OF SAUCE MIX EQUALLY IN A THIN LAYER, USING A STRAINER, IN A THIN LAYER TO COMPLETELY COVER THE DESSERT. WHEN IT COMES TO ROOM TEMPERATURE, PUT IT IN THE REFRIGERATOR. AFTER WAITING FOR 1-2 HOURS, SERVE BY SLICING UPON REQUEST. (3 kg powder mixture is used with 80 g Kazandibi top sauce and 12.5 liters of milk).
