INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1000 g Çınar Pataşu flour mix, 1500 g eggs, 310 ml milk, 310 ml oil, 310 ml water are mixed in a mixer with a paddle whisk at medium speed for 3-4 minutes. The resulting dough is rested for 5-10 minutes. The rested dough is squeezed into the trays as desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 180oC for about 25-30 minutes. Pastry cream is applied to the cooked and cooled product.
