INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: POUR 1 liter of MILK INTO A POT. ADD 166 g POWDER MIXTURE ON IT. COOK ON MEDIUM FIRE, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. AFTER IT STARTS TO BOIL, COOK ON LOW FIRE FOR ANOTHER 3-4 MINUTES, STIRRING. POUR THE PUDDING INTO THE BOWLS AND PUT IT IN THE REFRIGERATOR WHEN IT COMES TO ROOM TEMPERATURE. SERVE AFTER RESTING IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR 30 MINUTES. (3 kg powder mixture is used with 18 liters of milk).
