INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Add 2.1 liters of water to 3 kg of Çınar Blue Poppy Revani mixture and beat at the highest speed for 8-10 minutes. Pour the mixture into 8 greased trays (26x32 cm in size) and bake in a preheated oven at 180 -185°C for about 30-40 minutes. For the syrup: Mix 5.4 kg of granulated sugar with 6 liters of water and boil. Cool the syrup until it reaches room temperature. Let the revani you take out of the oven rest for 1-2 minutes. Then slice it according to your serving request. Pour the cold syrup over the hot revani, starting from the edges and working it around. Serve after it has cooled.
