INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1000 g TRİLEÇE MIX; USED WITH 500 g EGGS AND 200 g WATER. FOR THE SHERBET; 2 kg MILK, 2 kg MILK CREAM OR LIQUID WHIPPED IS USED. ÇINAR TRİLEÇE MIX, EGG AND WATER ARE WHIPPED AT SLOW SPEED FOR 1 MINUTE AND AT FAST SPEED FOR 5 MINUTES. IT IS COOKED AT THE SPECIFIED TEMPERATURE AND TIME IN A STONE-BASTED OVEN OR CONVECTIONAL OVEN. AFTER THE CAKE IS COOLED, IT IS SLICED. MILK AND CREAM ARE MIXED IN COLD AND POURED ONTO THE COOLED CAKE. IT IS SERVED COVERED WITH TRILEÇE SAUCE.
