1kg TWICE GROUND MEATBALLS ARE KNOWN BY ADDING 90g OF MIXTURE AND 1 CUP (200ml) OF WATER. IT IS LEFT TO REST IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR 1-2 HOURS. IT IS SHAPE AND COOKED. (Used with 1kg of mixture, 2.2lt of water and 11.1kg of minced meat).
