1 kg MEDIUM FATTY MINCED MEATBREAD IS KNOWN BY ADDING 95 g OF MIXTURE AND 1 CUP (200ml) OF WATER. IT IS LEFT TO REST IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR 1-2 HOURS. IT IS SHAPE AND COOKED. (Used with 1 kg mixture, 2.2 lt water and 10.5 kg of minced meat).
