INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: 50 g SAUCE IS MIXED WELL WITH 2.5 CUPS (500 ml) OF MILK AND 1 kg CHICKEN IS PUT IN THE MIXTURE. IT IS KEPT IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR 1 DAY (MARINATED) THEN IT IS KEPT IN BATTER MIX FOR 30 MINUTES. IT IS COATED WITH BREADING MIX AND FRIED. (Used with 1 kg sauce, 10 lt milk and 20 kg chicken).
