INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Pour Çınar Fish Sauce into a large bowl. Prepare 1 kg of fish as a whole or by cutting into pieces. If you are going to cook the fish in the oven or in a pan, dip it in egg white or water. If you are going to cook it on the grill, dip it in oil. After dipping it well in the fish sauce, cook it as you wish.
